Tiger Woods and Mike Trout announced last year that they were building a golf course together in New Jersey.
Friday, a new look at the Trout National— The Reserve surfaced as Woods checked on the progress.
He posted four photos on X and sent Trout a cheeky message in the process.
“It was great to be back out at Trout National — the Reserve last week,” Woods wrote. “Construction is progressing quickly, and the course looks incredible. Don’t worry Mike Trout, we’ve got everything under control while you’re in season. Can’t wait until we tee it up.”

The photos show different views of the course and how the landscape will look. It appears the 2025 timeline is still on the table.
Woods and Trout are co-designing this track, which will be a private members-only course in Vineland, New Jersey, the baseball player’s hometown.
This location is a prime spot for marquee golf courses such as Pine Valley — a track ranked among the top by multiple publications.
Seaview Golf Club’s Bay Course is another top track in this area, having hosted the 1942 PGA Championship. Atlantic City Country Club is also nearby.
As competitive as Trout and Woods are, they have to hope Trout National evolves into one of the most popular spots in Jersey.
